What happens when you call

The first twenty minutes is at no charge, and you are told whether you need a solicitor at all before any fee is discussed. You can read about the solicitor here.

Before we can act

A conflict check is run against current and former clients, and the engagement is confirmed in writing. Until both are done there is no solicitor–client relationship, however much has been discussed.

If it is urgent

In court within days, just served with something, or dealing with a deadline you think may already have passed, call rather than use a form. After hours, leave a message and say it is urgent.

Where we are

Based in Sydney Olympic Park, and we come to you across Sydney. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, and outside those hours by arrangement.

Face-to-face meetings are by appointment, at your place or ours. Call or send an enquiry and we will find a time.
